Adam Land joined Carefree Kids in September 2018 as Co-chair.
He currently works as a senior civil servant at the Competition and Markets Authority, where he also plays an active role in promoting positive mental health and well-being in the workplace.
Adam has lived in North and East London for around 25 years and has extensive lived experience of mental health difficulties, both personally and supporting others.
“I am delighted to be joining Carefree Kids. Giving our young people a safe space in which they can explore difficult feelings and emotions can make a really positive difference both in childhood and in later life.”
